Dr. Jay L. Richardson

Dr. Jay L. Richardson, Medical director of the Vein Treatment and Aesthetic Center, is a Board Certified surgeon. He provides a thorough and accurate diagnosis of venous disorders, along with the best, most advanced treatment options to resolve them.

Dr. Richardson has been in practice since 1970 specializing in General Surgery. He is also a specialist in phlebology, or the study of veins, and is the President and Medical Director of the Vein Treatment Center.

Education/Training:
MD - Kansas University; Surgery Residency at the University of Oklahoma, FACS, Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery.

Affiliations/Memberships:
Dr. Richardson is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is board certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Surgery. He is a member of the Johnson County Medical Society, the Kansas Medical Society, the American College of Phlebology, the American Society of Phlebectomy, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the International Society of Cosmetic Laser Surgeons
