Fees For Service

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Dr. Richardson's office will provide the service of contacting your insurance company and assist in the pre-certification and pre-determination for proposed treatment. In the event of non-coverage from the insurance carrier, the patient will be responsible for the portion of the bill not covered.

If there is no insurance provider, the cost of any treatment will be the patient's responsibility. Half of the fee is required to schedule a treatment date, and the remainder is due on the day of treatment. All post op visits are included in the surgical fee.

We will be giving a 10% discount for all cosmetic treatments thru the month of November this year!

INSURANCE DOES NOT PAY FOR THE TREATMENT OF COSMETIC LESIONS, SPIDER OR RETICULAR VEINS.
